- James Winegardner
- I grew up in rural northern California (Trinity County). I have BA degrees in Economics & Geography & a MPA from BYU. I have twenty years of public sector financial/administrative experience. Over the six different agencies I have had responsibilities for risk management, technology, human resources, and all phases of financial management. During the past eight years, while working for the City of Ridgecrest, I earned five national awards and three State awards.
